IN-DEPTH TRAINING

OfficeScope’s Partner Onboarding program is completed in a 65 day window and is comprised of nine to twelve classes (depending on modules purchased) covering the features of OfficeScope customized to your specific use of the program. During this process we instruct you on how to set up and use the basic and advanced features of OfficeScope and consult with you on the optimum set up for your office. OfficeScope will provide step-by-step customized work instructions, complete recordings for all remote training sessions and a review session at the start of each session to verify tasks have been successfully completed.

 

TRAIN THE TRAINER SETUP

  • Format: Train the Trainer. We train the people in the agency who are then responsible for training the rest of the users within the agency.
  • Duration: Generally it will take about 12-15 hours to do a complete and thorough training of all features (depending on modules purchased). Training is not limited to that time if more time is needed during the 65 day onboarding process.
  • Training Philosophy: Training sessions are broken up into chunks for ease of scheduling, to group similar content together and to not cover too much information in any one session.
  • Tools Used: Training is conducted using www.join.me to allow viewing/control of customer’s workstation and a conference call to walk them through all features. (like being virtually there). Each training session is recorded (both audio and video) and a link to all training sessions will be supplied at the conclusion of training.

 

HOW YOU HELP YOURSELF

Identify one individual as the project manager or leader. This individual will be responsible for driving the project forward and keeping all parties on task during the onboarding process and to assure that all training is completed in the 65 day window.

 

In addition, you will identify the key individuals who will be administrators of the OfficeScope program and/or anyone who will be the trainers (typically department managers or other key individals) who will take part in the training documented below.

 

Lastly, scheduling the onboarding for a time when all training sessions can be completed in the window allowed. Failure to complete all required training sessions in the 65 day window will result in additional training costs for sessions that are not completed.
